When and how can I apply for a return?
We strongly encourage you to communicate with your seller before applying for a return.
NOTE: For payment made via Stripe, the Lokein Moneyback Guarantee period is extended to 45 days depending on seller policy.
Upon receiving and inspecting your purchase, you can apply for returns before your payment is released to the seller within 10 days Lokein Money Back Guarantee. We strongly recommended buyer to Open case after 7 days from payment date. Payment will only be released once you tap on “Item Received” or when Lokein Money Back Guarantee period ends.
Tap on “Open Case” and “Refund” on the Orders (Purchase History) page.
Select the product(s) you would like to return, choose a reason and fill in your email address.
